Sweet, I'll see if swapping days is realistic, I can't see it being a problem.
Such an amazing album! Did you buy it on CD?
If so did you get a bit of the master tape? I did

Just a heads up, if you're gonna be calling each other on the day just do it abit more in advance, at MK bowl last year for Prodigy I coudn't get in touch with hardly anyone I wanted to meet, phone signal is quite bad I think.
Re: Foo Fighters MK Bowl w/ Biffy, Death Cab + Jimmy Eat World
Cheers for the heads up Jess.
Yeah i've ordered it on CD, hopefully it comes with some of the master tape!

Pretty sure I'm going to go on the Saturday insted now. Was talking to everyone who is going today and we were toying with the idea or getting a hire van and throwing a matress in the back and all crashing in there. Its gonna be pretty cosy in there as there is about 6 of us but I imagine you'd be welcome to come crash if you needed to man.
Foo Fighters day on Q today, just had a vidoe of Bridge Burning live at the NME awards show. That song is so fucking good live!
Also, slightly off topic Foo Fighters have been confirmed for iTunes festival. Its free, everyone should apply!

That would be life saving man, if you need any money towards it just let me know! Crack open a few cans, will be awesome, can't wait to see Foo's. Hopefully they play all of Wasting Light like they've been doing at recent gigs.
Applied to that iTunes festival as well, Foo's date is the next day after Sonisphere ends so will be closer to London

Yeah, my brother went to the Awards show and they played Wasting Light in its entirety then a greatest hits set. They played the same set at the secret Dingwalls gig after Wembely. They just played a normal setlist at Wembely with like 3/4 songs from Wasting light, Bridge Burning, White Limo and Rope I think, it was still fucking awesome though!
My brother was telling me that at the awards show Ghrol walked on stage and said "When NME asked us to play the show we asked them how long a set they wanted and they said about 4/5 songs. We were like naa, fuck it, lets do 3 hours!" Then played the whole of Wasting Light, stopped play and Dave said "So, that was the new album. This isn't" then the riff at the start of All My Life kicked in. The guys a complete legend.
Were not definatly doing the van idea, but it looks likely. Seems like the cheapest/most comfortable idea.
Almost defiantly going to Soni as well, got tickets to TITP but its just so damn far to travel and I'm seeing Foos like a week before at the bowl. Also desperately want to see 'tallica.
My sister got tickets to radio one big weekend, free Foo Fighters! So lucky!

Such a sick show last night! All the classics plus a guest appearance from Alice Cooper! Played all the hits, few from wasting light, closed with everlong, Ghrol hilarious as ever. I'd say it was pretty much perfect.
Re: Foo Fighters MK Bowl w/ Biffy, Death Cab + Jimmy Eat World
Best show of my life every song perfect, never seen a band that comes close to how good they are. crowd went mental!
Dave is such a good frontman and wow, the show was like a dream to me been waiting about ten years to see them.

Oh man, I am so jealous of everyone who went.
Re: Foo Fighters MK Bowl w/ Biffy, Death Cab + Jimmy Eat World
seen them a few times before, in 2005 and 2006, was mint then.
Re: Foo Fighters MK Bowl w/ Biffy, Death Cab + Jimmy Eat World
They were amazing.
Alice Cooper and Roger Taylor from Queen were the guests when me and Bliss went. They covered 'Schools Out' and 'I'm Eighteen' with Alice Cooper on lead vox. Roger Taylor played drums on 'Cold Day In The Sun'!
The show they did yesterday the special guests were Seasick Steve and John Paul Jones from Led Zep/ Them Crooked Vultures!

The only thing I would have changed would be for them to play Low, but I knew that would never happen anyway.
