Double post, tut-tut. I'm going with the missus and a few of mates. Psyched for Gallows, Trash Talk, Touche Amore and Pure Love.

Reading was fucking INSANE. Managed to catch Green Day's secret set, get killed at Polar Bear Club absolutely wankered and go crazy at everyone I wanted to see. Paramore left me with no voice and even though I don't like Foo Fighters much, "Talk" made me cry. I left early to catch Justice and that was fucking mental. So many good bands there this year, anyone who thought it was a crap line up is a fool.

Shikari's set at Reading reminded me why I fell in love with them. The atmosphere was electric, the crowd were awesome, flawless performance. I'm not a huge Green Day fan but they were really good, The Hives were hands down the best band I saw all weekend, ATDI were sick but the crowd for them was tiny, Feed Me were ridiculous and I saw the craziest 2-stepping skinhead in the pit.
I didn't see much of Foos, I was shattered and was getting the crap beat out of me in the pit, then someone stood on the back of my shoes and I lost both of them so I left after The Pretender.

Decent weekend. Highlights for me have to be The Vaccines and The Cribs on Saturday, and Gallows and Trash Talk yesterday. Friday was a pretty slow day, but I loved the Maccabees. Awesome weekend. Oh yeah, and obviously Green Day.

Trash Talk, The Skints and OFWGKTA were stand out sets for me apart from ES, one of their best performances I've seen in a while. Also these guys were brilliant.
