I don't mind piercing guns for the ear lobe, but anything else is just stupid.
Getting my nose pierced tomorrow. ABOUT BLOODY TIME.

Getting tragus done when I have the money, £25 I think. I dunno about anything else, I feel like I might regret it in the future if I do. Sad

I want my tragus too, need to find a decent piercer. The one up the road uses a gun and costs a fiver. Fuck that! Rather pay a bit more to get it done properly than having a paralysed face.

It's the bit of cartilage at the front of your ear that's above your ear lobe that keeps your headphones in, if that makes sense, if not; ear diagram.

Jed, don't worry about 'regretting' piercings, they're only as permanent as you want them to be.

Ohhh I see, thanks for that, I'm clueless as to what things are actually called. But yeah Jed, it's not as if you're stuck with piercings. Tattoos are something people need to think more carefully about (though most young people unfortunately don't bother!)

Haha I'm not really into band tattoos, though I don't mind lyrics at all as long as they're important to someone. Like, if I got band tats when I was 18, I'd literally loath them by now. You change so much when you're young.

i don't mind having it done with a gun when i had my nose pierced they used a needle and i remember that when they twisted the nose stud in it hurt more than when the needle went in
and also i have heard storys from my mates about the piercer droping the stud when trying to get it in so they have to repierce
with the gun it is all over in one hit no fiddleing around
the only thing with the gun is if it is used to pierce cartlige it can shatter it but my ears have huge lobes and if my first ones were positioned better i could probably have four in the lobe

I've got both ears done, one stretched to 12mm and another piercing beside it. Then I have my tragus done.
Used to have my madonna done (took it out cos i looked like a dog), my nose and I had my vertical tragus pierced too. Which only cost £7 cos she couldn't guarantee me that it would heal at all, cos it's a surface piercing.
And I have a tattoo behind my ear of a heart, about the size of a 50p coin. I was amazed at how it turned out cos I got it done on holiday in Kavos.. mine looks amazing but my friend's one has turned out shit.

I've stuck with flowers and butterflies, because I know I won't wake up one morning in years to come and be like "I HATE FLOWERS AND BUTTERFLIES!" because seriously...who does?!

There is a tattoo I'd like to get though, it's a little heart with the St George's Cross in it, and the heart has like angel wings and a halo, it looks really cute! But I want a unique design, for someone to design one for me or something, because it's more personal like that.

I've always wanted something musical, and when I was waiting to get pierced yesterday I was looking at the tattoo designs in the shop. The majority were God awful, but the ones with musical notes I really liked.
I've got quite a few lyrics in my mind that have had some sort of meaning to me... I've always known that if I got a tattoo it would have some sort of meaning to me, rather than a design I like or something random.
I'd like to look at it in years and be reminded of some goodtimes.

I don't get the 'tattoos should mean something' mentality, as if it means you won't regret it because it 'means something' and you wouldn't just regret having it because it's there.

Finally almost got my right ear stretched to 30mm, should be there by next week hopefully, left ear's gonna take a fair bit of time to get from 26-30mm though, fucking bastardtwatting piercing gun ear piercings. Thinking about getting my nose pierced too, hmmm.
Need money for tattoos as well, got a few things I want in mind but no moneys to get 'em done, still need to find someone that can draw the sort of stuff I want for my left sleeve as well.

There were girls yesterday that came in and said they wanted a tattoo, and when the girl behind the counter asked what one they just said they didn't know, they just wanted one. Personally, I want my tattoos to mean something but I don't look down on people that don't have a meaning behind them. Every person has control over their own body and what they do with it Smile

I think they should mean something because it's a permanent altercation to your body so it'd be stupid to get bowser riding a surf board plaing a guitar wearing sunglasses all infront of a pot leaf because "it's cool." I would only get a tattoo as a reminder of a great time (i.e. song lyrics.) although the song lyrics i have in mind also have great meaning and such. I guess it reduces the chance of regretting it.

and whoever gets the bowser tattoo reference gets a cookie
