edit: the house of blues let's you skip to the front of the line if you go to their restaurant and buy at least 15 bucks of food
it's ok food
but i usually just get the burger chips drink combo
large portions

idk if i want to eat that two days in arow
anyone ever been to one, food suggestion?

I don't know if I would be willing to spend ticket money + gas money + $15 dollars of food just to jump in front of line haha.
But I'm incredibly tiny so I usually stay in the back or if they have balcony seating sit up there. Otherwise I'd be killed!
I've been to one in Orlando, I'm not sure if the menus are the same but, I got this flatbread thing that was really good, I think it was about 11 dollars or so, so that plus a drink should bring you up to 15. (:

i must b up front... again
up front when they played HOB to hold chris as he crowd surfed
and at jaguar club to destroy my legs

The first couple times I saw them I think 3 or 4 years ago I was up front, but that's because there were like 10 people there haha. The more recent shows I've been too have had more people but been in small venues. Except for the one they weren't headlining. It's all really big aggressive guys there mostly & I rather not be crushed haha so I stay a safe distance away. (: And the most recent show I went to in Sept I watched from backstage.

Well the places I've seen them:
Garfield NJ's American Legion: I'm not sure how much it holds but there was probably 400 or more people there.
I forget the name of the venue in PA: There was about 10 people & it was a rather large place.
The Ottobar in MD: Holds 450 people but there was only 50 people at the show.
School of Rock in NJ: It was sold out with about 300 people there.
Croc Rock in PA: Apparently holds 1400 people but that's the upstairs venue. ES played downstairs which is small there was probably 100 people there.
Recher Theatre in MD: Holds 700 and was sold out (however ES weren't headlining)
Eldolyn Terrace in PA: Really small maybe holds around 200 people? But I don't think there were 200 there.

The one I'm going to (Marquee Theatre in Tempe) holds up to 1,000. It's like my second home now, most concerts I go to are there.

The first two times I went there there were less than a couple hundred people, maybe. I'm planning to go on the 31st for NFG and already 800 of the tickets are sold so if I'm able to go it will be my first time seeing it almost full. Laughing

When I first went to see Enter Shikari open for August Burns Red, it was at the Venue of Scottsdale which holds up to only 200 people. I think about 100 and something came to that show. It was nice. It's an amazing venue. I wouldn't mind going there again. Razz

August Burns Red + Enter Shikari = FANTASTIC.

Don't like a day to remember and silverstein that much.

Why don't they switch Twin Antlantic from EU tour with ABR haha Rolling Eyes

Tickets go on sale Friday!

I know all the bands. And Lee is right. But I'm thinking it's cause ABR have had more of an impact recently than Silverstein have, and they have enough albums to headline or at least be direct support as you see here...Their fanbase has grown quite a bit.

And Jaymes, didn't you see August Burns Red the first time you saw ES last summer? It was their headliner. haha. I left before ABR came on though cause the show started late and my ride had to leave cause she had work the next morning! Ah well, at least I got to see ES and talk to them. Smile

I'm deciding if I should go ahead and buy myself a ticket although I don't know if I can go or not. Depending on the price I think I will, and just sell it if I can't go. I would be very pissed off if I waited until I knew I could go only to find out they've sold out.

Bought my ticket. The Protix site isn't very user-friendly, not that it's hard, it's just a bit too "pressure-y."
